The contest

PUSHYOURART is the first international competition that combines artistic creation and technological innovation.

For the 2013 edition, Orange and Palais de Tokyo are rewarding the best creations in 3D.

PUSHYOURART 2013 is an opportunity for young artists to practice an innovative and emerging creative technique and to show their artistic work during a unique exhibition at Palais de Tokyo. By taking part in the PUSHYOURART adventure, the 10 best participants will attend a Master Class, where they will meet professionals from the world of art and 3D creation.

The competition is open to all young artists under 35 years of age at the time of application, and who are European residents.

You have until midnight (Paris time) January 21, 2013 to send us your projects. To take part, go to the 'How to enter ?' page.

The competition takes place in three major stages :
  • Stage 1: Starting from October 25, 2012 up until January 21, 2013: imagine a piece of art and describe your project in the application papers.
  • Stage 2: Start of March: the Jury will announce the 10 participants who will have the chance to develop their project by attending an exceptional 3-day Master Class at Palais de Tokyo at the end of March 2013. (The cost of this Master Class is covered by the competition organizers)
  • Stage 3: End of March, on completion of the Master Class, the Jury will vote for the winner whose work will be produced then exhibited in September at Palais de Tokyo. Three other shortlisted artists will see their preliminary works presented during the same exhibition.

  • 1st prize: the production of their work fully financed by Orange (with a maximum budget of €30,000) and an exhibition at Palais de Tokyo alongside Mathieu Mercier, the artist sponsoring the competition, who will also produce a 3D piece in the same conditions as the young winning artist.
  • For the 3 runners up: presentation of their sketches and preliminary works during this same exhibition.
